Ads Bundle is the Marketing Suite add-on for multi-platform ad budget tracking, splits across campaigns, and pacing. Single flat tier at $49/mo CAD - no Starter/Pro/Enterprise split. Attaches to any Marketing Suite tier (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).
Phase 1 ships with manual Platform Ads API sync - you connect your Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. and Ads Bundle aggregates spend and pacing across them in one cockpit. Phase 2 (automatic Platform Ads API sync) is on the roadmap.
Per-entity budget books at Pro+ Marketing Suite tiers - each brand has its own ad budget envelope with pacing alerts. Built for the multi-brand SMB operator running paid ads across 3-10 platforms and needing one cross-platform pacing surface.
15-day free trial - No credit card - CAD-pricedThe popular SMB ad management tool is $60-$200/mo CAD per ad account, billed in USD, with pacing and budget tracking gated behind the mid-tier. For a 3-brand SMB running paid ads across Meta + Google + TikTok per brand, that's 9 ad accounts. The popular tool would charge $540-$1,800/mo CAD just for budget visibility.
Cross-platform budget pacing is the actual gap. Each ad platform shows spend in its own dashboard. To know if your monthly cross-platform budget is on track, you log into 9 dashboards, export 9 CSVs, drop them into Excel, and recalculate. Manual. Painful. Done weekly. Often missed.
Per-entity budget envelopes are also missing. Multi-brand SMBs run separate ad budgets per brand. Most ad management tools assume one master budget. So multi-brand operators either smush everything together (lose per-brand attribution) or run separate subscriptions (multiply the cost).
Ads Bundle is the flat $49/mo CAD add-on to Marketing Suite that closes this gap. Single subscription, multi-platform aggregation, per-entity budget books, pacing engine that auto-throttles when you're trending over budget. Designed to live inside Marketing Suite, not replace it.
Ads Bundle is a single flat tier at $49/mo CAD (or $441/yr annual). No Starter/Pro/Enterprise split. Attaches to any Marketing Suite tier - if you're running Marketing Suite Starter at $39/mo, your total marketing + ads spend is $88/mo CAD. If you're on Marketing Suite Pro at $99, your total is $148/mo.
What you get: multi-platform budget tracking across the ad platforms you connect (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc. - Phase 1 supports manual sync). Splits across campaigns within each platform. Pacing engine that flags when a campaign is trending over budget. Per-entity budget books at Pro+ Marketing Suite tiers so each brand has its own ad envelope.
Phase 1 architecture: manual Platform Ads API sync. You enter the daily/weekly/monthly spend per account, or push it in via the Ads Bundle import. Phase 2 (on the roadmap, no committed date): automatic Platform Ads API pull - Ads Bundle pulls spend directly from each ad platform's API on a scheduled cadence.
Critical scope note: Ads Bundle does NOT execute ad campaigns. It does NOT bid, set targeting, or launch creative. It tracks budget and pacing across whatever platforms you're already running ads on. For ad execution, use the native platform tools. For budget visibility + cross-platform pacing, use Ads Bundle.
Seven modules covering multi-platform budget visibility, pacing, and cross-brand attribution - one flat $49/mo subscription.
Aggregate ad spend across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads. Single cockpit view. Per-platform, per-campaign, per-brand breakdowns.
Split your monthly ad budget across campaigns within each platform. Allocate $5K across 5 Meta campaigns, $3K across 3 Google campaigns, etc. Track actual spend against allocated split.
If a campaign trends over budget mid-month, Ads Bundle alerts you. Optional auto-throttle: when a campaign hits 95% of monthly budget, Ads Bundle can pause it via the platform API (where supported) or notify you to pause manually.
Phase 1 ships with manual sync. Enter daily/weekly/monthly spend per ad account via the UI, or push via the Ads Bundle CSV import. Sufficient for SMBs running 3-10 ad accounts who want weekly pacing visibility.
Pro+ Marketing Suite tiers. Each brand has its own ad budget envelope with pacing alerts scoped to that brand. Cross-brand attribution preserved in the holdco view.
Ads Bundle lives inside the Marketing Suite cockpit. Campaign performance feeds into Marketing Suite's analytics dashboard. Ad-driven leads flow into Marketing Suite's contact list with proper attribution.
Phase 2 (no committed date): automatic Platform Ads API pull. Ads Bundle pulls spend directly from Meta Ads API, Google Ads API, TikTok Ads API, etc. on a scheduled cadence. Removes the manual entry step.
Configurable threshold alerts as a campaign approaches monthly budget. 75% notice; 95% throttle warning; 110% overspend alert. Routed via email, in-app notification, or Keystone ticket to the ad ops queue for review and action.
When a customer journey crosses platforms (saw a Meta ad, then a Google retargeting ad, then converted), Ads Bundle attributes spend across the journey rather than only counting the last-touch platform. Critical for multi-platform SMB operators making allocation decisions.
Ad spend posts to Ledger as marketing expense automatically with per-entity routing. Per-platform breakdown preserved in the journal narrative. Multi-entity SMBs get accurate per-brand marketing-cost attribution without manual journal posting.
Pro+ Marketing Suite. Cross-entity ROI dashboard - ad spend per brand (from Ads Bundle) vs revenue per brand (from Launch Pad) vs customer-acquisition cost per brand. The actual marketing performance answer multi-brand SMBs have been calculating in spreadsheets.
Every budget allocation change is audit-logged with operator + timestamp + previous value + new value. Critical for governance when multiple operators have permission to adjust ad budgets mid-month.
Budget envelopes can be defined in CAD, USD, or other currencies depending on the ad platform's billing currency. FX conversion handled on the journal posting side so Ledger sees the proper CAD equivalent for marketing expense.

Ads Bundle is the cheapest path to multi-platform budget visibility for the SMB. At $49/mo flat CAD as an add-on to Marketing Suite, it replaces $60-$200/mo CAD of dedicated ad-management tools - especially for multi-brand operators where the per-brand subscription model penalizes you.
Phase 2 (automatic API sync) is on the roadmap but not committed. Phase 1 (manual sync) is sufficient for SMBs running 3-10 ad accounts with weekly pacing review. If you need automatic sync today, evaluate against your platform's native budget controls plus the popular dedicated tools.

Vastura is a stack, not a single tool. Each product passes data into the next so you stop running glue scripts and CSV exports.

No credit card is required up front - you only enter payment when you decide to keep the subscription past day 15. If you cancel within the trial window, your data stays accessible in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export everything cleanly.
If you subscribe and decide within 15 days that Ads Bundle is not the right fit, contact support and we refund the prorated month in full - no questions, no retention call. Yes - your data is yours. Vastura supports full CSV / JSON / PDF export across every product. Ads Bundle exports include all transactional records, configuration, audit log entries, and attachments. We also provide a Cutover Toolkit (Enterprise tier) for migrating to or from competing platforms with mapping templates included.
Multi-entity is native, not an afterthought. From the Pro tier upward, you can run multiple businesses (Inc / sole prop / partnerships) under one login with per-entity books, branding, and identity. The Enterprise tier unlocks unlimited entities plus consolidated reporting across the holdco. One operator, multiple businesses, one subscription instead of one-per-entity.
Vastura Ltd is Alberta-incorporated and built specifically for Canadian operators. USD-priced SaaS hits Canadian SMBs with a 35-40% FX surcharge after exchange and credit card cross-border fees. We price in CAD, charge in CAD, and write all tax surfaces (GST/HST, CCA, T2 prep) to Canadian rules first. International expansion comes later, but Canada is home base.
All Vastura data sits on Cloudflare's enterprise tier with end-to-end TLS 1.3, at-rest encryption, role-based access control, and a full audit log on every write. We're on the SOC 2 Type 1 - Type 2 roadmap (Type 1 target Q2 2027) and ISO 27001 (Q1 2028). PIPEDA compliance is built in by default - Canadian data residency is on the roadmap for late 2026.
The honest answer: most SMB-tier alternatives are single-tool, USD-priced, and don't talk to each other. Vastura's moat is the integrated stack - Ledger feeds Pilot feeds Studio feeds Launch Pad through the MCP bridge, and CAD-pricing means no FX surcharge. We don't claim to beat every dedicated single-tool incumbent on every micro-feature, but we beat the total cost of running 6 separate USD SaaS subscriptions glued together with Zapier.
No. Onboarding is guided - connect your bank or Shopify, walk through the entity wizard, and you're posting transactions or running storefronts within the first 30 minutes. The optional MCP layer (for AI agent operation) does benefit from a technical user, but the dashboard, reports, and day-to-day workflow are designed for the operator-without-an-IT-department.
Upgrades are prorated and instant - switch from Starter to Pro and you only pay the difference for the remaining days in the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for. The Conductor agent can also recommend tier changes based on actual usage patterns at the Pro tier and above.
Yes - annual billing is 25% off the monthly rate, applied across every tier and every product. Registered Canadian non-profits and charities can apply for an additional 20% discount (contact support with your CRA registration number). Bundle suites (Ops / Ecomm / Pro / Enterprise) include built-in discounts on top of that.
